Betty Crocker, eat your heart out!

I did a little bake-a-thon tonight.
We're having brunch tomorrow at my mom's after mass as Holy Spirit. A mass is being said there for my dad, Monday would have been his 73rd birthday.
I made an Alice Hoolihan's Sour Cream Coffee Cake, a delicious cake from the Pioneer Woman website (secret ingredients that can't be disclosed until after everyone eats it) and a pan of those luscious bars pictured below.
Can I just tell you that they are absolutely as delicious as they look in the picture! Oh my goodness! Hello LOVER, let me sink my teeth into you. So good. I would highly recommend moving that to the top of the "recipes I should try list" if you have one of those going.
